Prof. Dr. Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Military Hospital, Bucharest

Romania

As CCN İnşaat, we take pride in realizing one of Romania’s largest hospital projects. Supported by European Union funds, this prestigious project represents a key component of the Romanian Ministry of Interior’s vision for modernizing its healthcare infrastructure.

Located in the center of Bucharest, the Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital will have an indoor construction area of approximately 93,000 m² and is targeted for completion within 29 months. With a service capacity of 450 beds, this facility stands out not only with its scale but also with its environmental performance. Designed in accordance with nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, the project will pioneer energy efficiency, sustainability, and eco-friendly technologies.

The hospital is planned as an integrated healthcare complex, comprising emergency services, general wards, advanced diagnosis and treatment units, operating rooms, intensive care units, and laboratories. It will also play a strategic role in military healthcare services with its high-security zones.
