Social Value Projects

Joint Projects with CCN Holding and İbrahim Çeçen Foundation

Viewing social benefit as a long-term and sustainable value, CCN Holding carries out projects that create value for society across a wide range of areas, from education and healthcare to science and entrepreneurship, and from the environment to social solidarity, through its collaborations with İbrahim Çeçen Foundation. These initiatives support young people in their education and career journeys, contribute to scientific research, and aim to empower women, children, and disadvantaged groups, while creating equal opportunities and generating lasting social impact.

WeShape Entrepreneurship Program

Launched in 2025 under the leadership of CCN Holding,  with the support of İbrahim Çeçen Foundation, implemented by Katalist, and in collaboration with the CIFE European Institute, the WeShape Entrepreneurship Program aims to unlock the entrepreneurial potential of university students and create equal opportunities within the ecosystem. By offering young entrepreneurs entrepreneurship training, mentoring, and opportunities to engage with professionals, the program contributes to the development of a new generation of entrepreneurs. To date, 675 students from 110 universities across Türkiye’s seven regions have applied to the program.

IC Career Bridge

The Career Bridge Project, carried out in collaboration with İbrahim Çeçen Foundation, supports university students in preparing for professional life with stronger capabilities by combining their academic education with industry experience. Through technical training, applied learning laboratories, mentoring, career events, and internship opportunities, the project contributes to the professional and personal development of young people. In its first two phases, it reached approximately 2,000 students and enabled 500 students and 50 academics to benefit from its research and applied learning infrastructure. With its third phase, the project aims to reach a broader network of students and scholarship recipients.

Mentoring and Scholarship Programs

Through the mentoring and scholarship programs carried out in collaboration with İbrahim Çeçen Foundation, students’ academic, personal, and professional development is supported, with the aim of helping young people, particularly female students, prepare more effectively for professional life. Between 2016 and 2026, 247 students benefited from scholarship support provided for the children of CCN Holding employees. This support continues to expand each year through scholarships provided to national athletes and students studying at different universities.

Support for Scientific and Educational Infrastructure

CCN Holding contributes to the development of research and applied learning infrastructure at universities to support scientific research. The Cell Culture Laboratory established at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University strengthens research opportunities for students and academics, while support provided for events such as academic conferences also contributes to promoting scientific output.

Memorial Forest and Social Support Projects

Through the Memorial Forest, Ağrı Village Schools, and “For Warm Smiles” projects, CCN Holding contributes to environmental protection, children’s education, and the improvement of living conditions for families in disadvantaged regions. As part of the Memorial Forest Project, more than 7,000 pine saplings have been planted across an area of 60,000 m², while the Ağrı Village Schools Project has provided 2,000 students with winter clothing, books, stationery, and toys.

First Step into Life

Developed for mothers and their babies who need support during the postpartum period, the project aims to strengthen maternal and infant health by providing care packages as well as educational and psychological counseling support.
