Murat ÇEÇEN
Murat Çeçen, a graduate of Bilkent University’s Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, has played a key role in the realization of numerous international projects through his architectural vision and leadership approach.
During the early years of his career, he led iconic projects in Azerbaijan, including the Baku Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center, designed by Zaha Hadid, and the Flame Towers. Under CCN Holding, which he founded in 2007, he delivered pioneering projects in Türkiye implemented through the public–private partnership (PPP) model, such as Ankara Bilkent City Hospital and Mersin City Hospital.
Today, as the Chairperson of the Board of CCN Holding, he oversees comprehensive operations across diverse sectors and also serves as a Board Member at IC Holding, which operates in construction, tourism, airport, and marina management.
Azer HAVLİOĞLU
Azer Havlioğlu, a graduate of Marmara University’s Faculty of Law, completed his Master’s degree in International Trade at the State University of New York Maritime College.
Having joined CCN Holding in 2013, Havlioğlu initially served as a Senior Attorney and later as Legal Coordinator. Today, he serves as the Head of the Legal Department at CCN Holding and is also a Board Member of CCN Holding, CCN Ankara Sağlık, CCN Mersin Sağlık, and TEEN Teknik.
Ferhat FERHANGİL
Ferhat Ferhangil, a graduate of the Business Administration Department at Eastern Mediterranean University, has many years of executive experience in the fields of international trade and investment.
Between 1993 and 2005, he served as Global President at Balli Group PLC. From 2006 to 2022, he held the positions of Board Member and Group President of Investment & Strategy at Saide Marubeni Group. During the 2022–2024 period, he acted as Founding/Managing Partner at ITTCO Holding.
In 2024, Ferhangil joined CCN Holding as a Member of the Board of Directors, where he continues to make significant contributions in the areas of strategic management and investment development.
Berfin ÇEÇEN ŞENOL
Berfin Çeçen Şenol, a graduate of İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University’s Faculty of Law, completed her Master’s degree in Law at Queen Mary University of London.
Having begun her career at CCN Holding as an attorney in 2021, Berfin Çeçen Şenol quickly advanced to a management role and today serves as a Board Member at CCN Holding. In addition, she plays an active role on the Boards of Directors of CCN Ankara Sağlık, CCN Mersin Sağlık, CCN Güvenlik, CCN Klinik, CCN Servis, Teen Teknik, Infera Teknoloji, Wisera Teknoloji, and CCN Eğitim.
Mehmet Ali BAYAR
Mehmet Ali Bayar, who completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Economics at New York University, is an experienced figure in public administration and international relations.
He served as a foreign policy advisor during Süleyman Demirel’s terms as Prime Minister and President, and later held the position of Minister-Counselor at the Embassy of Türkiye in Washington. Following his political career, during which he served as Chairperson of the Democrat Türkiye Party, Bayar currently serves as a Board Member of CCN Holding.
Ayşe Günseli ÇEÇEN
Günseli Çeçen, who graduated from Bilkent University’s Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, Department of Theater, in 1995, plays an active leadership role in the fields of education, culture, and social responsibility.
She serves as a Board Member of CCN Eğitim and TED İzmir College, and as the Chairperson of the İbrahim Çeçen Foundation, where she leads key initiatives focused on social development and equal opportunities in education.
Hakan ADANALI
Hakan Adanalı, a graduate of Middle East Technical University’s Department of Industrial Engineering, also completed his Master’s degree in the same department.
Starting his career in the Capital Markets division of Kalkınma Bankası, Hakan Adanalı served as a senior executive for many years in private banks. Timur BALTA
Timur Balta, a graduate of Marmara University’s Faculty of Business Administration, has many years of experience in business development and health management.
He began his professional career at Arçelik in 1993 and served as Business Development Manager at IC Holding between 2011 and 2014, and as Director at DIA Holding between 2014 and 2017. Timur Balta, who was appointed as General Manager of CCN Sağlık in 2017, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at CCN Ankara Sağlık and CCN Mersin Sağlık.
Coşkun SAĞOL
Sağol graduated from the Business Administration Department of Istanbul University in 2004 and completed his master’s degree in International Economics at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2006. Throughout his career spanning more than 21 years, he has taken on significant responsibilities in finance, accounting, auditing, and corporate financial management within international and multinational organizations.
He began his professional career in Germany as Finance and Accounting Officer at the German Airport Performance Project, and later served as Senior Independent Auditor at Ernst & Young Turkey. He held the positions of Finance Manager at Beyçelik Gestamp Automotive, Finance and Controlling Director (CFO) and Board Member at ThyssenKrupp Elevator Turkey, and most recently Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) at Beyçelik Holding Inc. Coşkun Sağol continues his role at CCN Holding, focusing on financial management, sustainable growth, and corporate value creation.
İsmail DOKUR
İsmail Dokur, a graduate of Yıldız Technical University’s Department of Mathematical Engineering, completed his master’s degree in Financial Markets and Investment Management at Marmara University.
With over 25 years of experience in the finance sector, İsmail Dokur has held senior positions in planning, performance management, and business development at DenizBank, T-Bank, and Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. He was appointed as Group Head of Strategy, Investment, and Business Development (CIO) at CCN Holding in 2024 and continues to work on corporate strategy, financial planning, and sustainable growth processes.
Pınar AKBULUT
Pınar Akbulut, a graduate of Uludağ University’s Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, completed her master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Istanbul Bilgi University.
She began her career at Koçbank in 2004 and continued in managerial roles in human resources at HSBC, Anadolubank, and Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. In 2024, Akbulut was appointed as Group Head of People and Culture (CHRO) at CCN Holding and leads the processes of people-centric corporate culture, leadership development, and organizational transformation. At the same time, she supports in-house development programs as a professional coach.
