Responsible Procurement Policy

CCN Holding and its Group companies lead the way for the suppliers and customers they interact with to participate in the economic, environmental, and social activities arising from achievements gained in different areas of operation, in line with their corporate sustainability approach.

Within the scope of our Responsible Procurement Policy:

• Priority is given to selecting suppliers who provide high-quality service in procurement processes, have strong market reputations, and possess effective risk-management capabilities;
• Utmost care is taken to ensure that the environmental and social impacts of procured products and services are minimized throughout their life cycles;
• Procurement processes are carried out within the framework of the “CCN Procurement Procedure,” and mutually constructive, long-term partnerships are established with suppliers in line with ethical principles;
• Local suppliers are preferred in procurement processes to the extent possible in order to contribute to the development of the local economy;
• Supplier selection is conducted in a fair and ethical manner, and no relationship based on self-interest is established with any supplier;
• The sustainability approach is integrated into all procurement processes, and suppliers are encouraged to adopt and implement practices aligned with this approach.

 
Supplier Expectations

The suppliers we work with are expected to:

• have established working environments that respect human rights for their employees;
• carry out their operations by ensuring equal opportunities and by respecting the ethnic and cultural diversity of their employees;
• have in place strict policies that prohibit any form of child labor; and
• ensure compliance with the applicable regulations in force in the country of partnership, including but not limited to labor law, processing and protection of personal data, environmental legislation, occupational health and safety, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption regulations.
 
Monitoring and Evaluation

We conduct on-site visits to our suppliers to audit compliance with our Responsible Procurement Policy, report the results, and give priority to suppliers who demonstrate high performance.
