Construction of the Shahdagh Mountain Resort was initiated by DİA Holding in June 2010, and we completed and opened it in December 2014, contributing to its emergence as one of the rising tourism centers of the Caucasus.
We positioned this tourism investment—Azerbaijan’s first and only ski slope—in the northern city of Gusar, across a vast indoor area of 74,000 m². Surrounded by unique natural landscapes, the complex has become an attraction point that draws strong interest from both local and international visitors year-round.

Within the scope of the project, we meticulously planned and executed all infrastructure works, developing piping, cabling, and other critical systems to withstand the region’s challenging climatic conditions and establishing a robust infrastructure that ensures the facility operates safely and without interruption. Built on this robust infrastructure, Shahdagh Mountain Resort is positioned not only as a winter tourism destination but as a year-round holiday and lifestyle center, offering premium facilities in accommodation, entertainment, sports, and gastronomy.
