Bilgeh Villas - BAKU

Located on Baku’s Amburan coast, Bilgeh Villas is one of the distinguished residential projects we have developed as CCN.

We completed the first phase in December 2009 and the second phase in June 2012. We aimed to create a modern residential complex that harmonizes with the region’s natural setting and offers a high quality of life.

Spread across a construction area of 80,732 m², the project brings together a total of 80 villas, social areas, sports facilities, and extensive landscaping under one framework. On an expansive 800,000 m² site, we undertook all works on a turnkey basis—from infrastructure and landscaping to road and water lines and storage systems. Drinking and irrigation tanks, sewer and stormwater lines, pedestrian pathways, and extensive green area landscaping were among the key components we integrated into the project.

As CCN Holding, we directly managed time and cost throughout the project, keeping all processes under control through regular analyses and reporting, and successfully completing Bilgah Villas in line with the planned quality and scope.
