As CCN İnşaat, we built the Shusha Hotel & Conference Center in Shusha, a city distinguished by Azerbaijan’s historical and cultural heritage. With a capacity of 371 beds, this facility plays an iconic role in the region’s reconstruction, combining accommodation, meeting, and event functions, and serving both tourism and diplomatic and cultural gatherings.

While designing the complex with a modern architectural approach, we created a versatile center that goes beyond hotel rooms, featuring multipurpose conference halls, social areas, and advanced technical infrastructure suitable for national and international events. This functional integrity makes the facility not only an accommodation venue for the city but also a strategic meeting point.

With the Shusha Hotel & Conference Center, we have made a significant investment that supports Shusha—Azerbaijan’s historic cultural capital—in presenting a forward-looking identity, enhancing the region’s prestige and capacity. The structure is positioned as the outcome of a holistic approach that blends the cultural values of its geography with modern needs.
